Recognizing the broad range of focus areas required and the complex and evolving RDT&E needs relevant to DoD interests, E-SPA maintains numerous partnerships, comprised of a selection of large businesses and augmented by numerous small niche businesses, to deliver optimal support throughout the DoD and U.S. Government agencies through responsiveness, agility and efficient cost management. E-SPA consciously built a broad team with significant existing relationships throughout the R&D and S&T community, thereby creating a force multiplier to help market solutions to DOD and U.S. Government stakeholders and to ensure we can rapidly deliver a comprehensive blend of expertise and experience in defense systems, cybersecurity, information systems and homeland security.
